Sperm donation is the process by which the sperm from other men are used for fertilization of the couples, when there is serious fertility issues with men such as no sperm count,, previous vasectomy.
Sperm donation is recommended when all the possibilities of own sperm retrieval such as PESA , TESA and TESE that can be used to retrieve sperm directly are ruled out.Sperm donors are to be healthy and free from genetic defects, the physical and characteristics are maintained in a data base.
